Celebrating Brianne Schwan: FY24 Remarkable Volunteer Award Winner!

In August, Girls on the Run HQ announced the recipients of their FY24 Remarkable Volunteer Awards, and we are beyond thrilled to share that our extraordinary volunteer and coach, Brianne Schwan, is one of the honorees! This national recognition program shines a well-deserved light on volunteers across the country who make an inspirational impact in their communities—whether as coaches, fundraisers, or steadfast supporters. And Brianne has undoubtedly earned her place among these remarkable individuals.

At Girls on the Run Union County (GOTR), we believe in empowering young girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident. Through our programs, we provide them with the skills they need to navigate life and realize their limitless potential. It’s always inspiring to see the impact of our efforts, and nothing exemplifies this better than celebrating our scholarship recipients who are also proud GOTR alumni.
